How information submitted through our enquiry form is handled.
Who to contact
GetOnlineNow.ie receives enquiries made through this website. For questions about your information, contact info@getonlinenow.ie.
What you submit
The form asks for your name, email address, service and message. Your phone and business name are optional. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
Why it is used
Information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request. For a requested proposal, this is to take steps at your request before entering a contract. For general enquiries, our legitimate interest is to respond to business communications. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
How the form works
Enquiries go to the business email through the website’s configured email service. The form does not create a separate enquiry database. Website hosting and email providers process requests and correspondence as part of their services. Other website features may have separate processing or logging behaviour.
Spam protection and cookies
The form uses a security token, a hidden spam field and a short-lived rate limit. A protected hash derived from the request’s IP address is used for rate limiting; the raw address is not stored by this form. The form does not load advertising pixels, analytics or tracking cookies. Other website features may have separate cookie or logging behaviour.
Retention and your choices
Correspondence may be kept while needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work. Retention depends on the request, ongoing relationships and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us about access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, where these rights apply. You can also raise a concern with the Irish Data Protection Commission (opens in a new tab).
This notice covers the enquiry form. Third-party portfolio websites have their own privacy information.
